Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management and Jira Product Discovery are among the impacted products.

Hours-long outage, broken widgets and UI
A prolonged Atlassian outage is impacting users worldwide, with multiple Jira products experiencing degraded performance.
According to Atlassian, the degraded performance issues began today, as early as 06:59 UTC (2:59 a.m Eastern time).
Users are seeing error messages and experiencing troubles loading Jira user interface (UI) and dashboards.
Widgets are also timing out or failing to render altogether:
“We are aware of users experiencing issues attempting to load Jira Dashboard widgets. Our team is investigating this issue with urgency,” says an Atlassian status update, pertaining to Dashboard widgets in Jira.
Similar status updates have been issued for Atlassian offerings like Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Jira Product Discovery.
Update, 1:19 p.m. ET: Atlassian has identified the root cause around 12:48 p.m ET and is working on a resolution:
“We continue to work on resolving the issue with loading certain Jira Dashboard widgets for Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery. We have identified the root cause and expect recovery shortly. We will provide another update at 19:00 UTC.”
